Roderick Repton joined the private sector in 1999, having retired from the police service after serving 33 years.

During his period of service Repton specialised in Criminal Investigation in C.I.D, Drugs Squad and the Special Branch. He progressed through the ranks to become a Detective Chief Inspector, demonstrating his sound managerial skills and professionalism.

Repton has recently been appointed the role of Secretary for the organisation EPIC.

EPIC is a substantial and highly reputable professional association for ex-police officers working in industry and commerce - with a current membership in excess of 200.
