A former UK Special Forces Officer, World Class Performance Director and Olympic Team Manager, Matt Straker currently works mainly as a consultant in the risk management sector. He has had considerable experience in setting up and leading teams around the World in the Far East, Middle East, Asia, Africa, South and Central America and Europe. He is well versed in complex multiple agency operations working closely with the police, the intelligence agencies, foreign military and government both inside the UK and abroad. A strategic planner and marketer based on 36 years leadership, management and human resources experience, he has an extensive national and international network in commerce, government business, security and sport. As an Army Reservist in the rank of Colonel he has been mobilized twice for operations in Afghanistan.
