Pellegrino joined The Repton Group in 1995. She has provided executive vetting and competitive analysis for some of the largest firms in the world. She also has a proven track record in pretrial preparation and expert witness vetting.

Pellegrino tracks and analyzes the worldwide plastics industry and frequently contributes to top publications covering that area.

In addition, Pellegrino builds customer retention plans for clients. These plans save companies money by maintaining established customers’ loyalty, and are substantially more cost effective than the intense marketing efforts required to recruit new customers.

Pellegrino graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in English and from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia with an M.B.A. in Management. She previously worked for Pennsylvania American Water, a subsidiary of American Water Works.
