Grace Zaborowski joined The Repton Group in May 2010. She specializes in using her cross-cultural understanding of Poland and Eastern Europe in generating resources and solutions for clients from the growing part of Europe’s economy. She is Repton’s key representative for Central and East European operations and currently leads the group's activity in these markets.

Zaborowski has a broad background in business administration and operations management stemming from nearly 20 years of operational experience in New York City. Past roles and responsibilities include office management, cost control and accounting, human resources interviewing and placement, travel scheduling, shipping and logistics, translation and interpretation.

Zaborowski graduated from the University of Warsaw with a Bachelor's degree and an M.B.A. in Management. Coupled with post-graduate studies in pedagogy and her multilingual education, Grace's professional background renders her highly adept at communicating with people from different countries and with diverse cultural backgrounds. She is fluent in Polish and in Russian.
